CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your booking, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. For extended packages (over two hours), a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Group bookings of four or more guests require at least 72 hours’ notice.
 
Cancellations made within the applicable notice period will incur a full charge for the services reserved.

 

SURCHARGES

A surcharge of 10% applies to all bookings held on Sundays.

A surcharge of 15% applies to all bookings held on Public Holidays.

A surcharge of 1.4% applies to all credit card payment.
