TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• A valid ALL Accor+ Explorer membership must be presented at time of booking if booking these tickets
• Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD)
• Dietary requirements are required no more than 14 days prior to arrival
• ALL Reward points are not earned from attending Accor Plus member events
• All changes and/or cancellation to bookings need to be communicated in writing.
• Dietary requirements – All dietary requirements must be provided no later than 14 days prior to the function date. Requests for changes or additions within 14 days prior to the function will be considered at the sole discretion of our Executive chef.
• We will do everything possible to facilitate requests, but not all changes can be guaranteed, and substitutions may be suggested where items are not available.
• Please note – All food will be prepared in a shared kitchen where common allergens are present. While we will take care to avoid ingredients you’re allergic to, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment due to the risk of cross contamination.
• RSVP 72 hours before each event
• Please note: Seating will be at shared tables of 10. Families will be seated together with other guests.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancelled tickets that receive any portion of a refund will forfeit the booking fee.
• Cancellation of tickets more than 14 days prior to the event are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations of less than 14 days prior to the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
