Take to the ice at the Blue Mountains Ice Skating Rink, take a ride on the colourful Fairmont Express train, dare to ride the giant rainbow slide or have the children enjoy a golf clinic session at Leura Golf Course.

KIDS NATURE WALK
Join us for a relaxed 800-metre, 1 hour stroll on resort grounds, right on the edge of the UNESCO World Heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park.
Along the way, we’ll explore the native flora and fauna, take a close look at a eucalyptus leaf to uncover the secret behind “Why the Blue Mountains are Blue,” and chat about how the Jamison Valley was formed.
Your guide Sue, is a Leura local who runs school excursions throughout the Blue Mountains and is delighted to be a new addition to our school holiday program.
Parents and children will all learn about our bushland and be prepared to take on their own adventures as they explore the Blue Mountains.
Running for approximately one hour, your child will finish their nature walk feeling like a real Junior Ranger!

REPTILE SHOW
Get ready for an unforgettable hour of hands‑on wildlife fun!
Meet three amazing lizards, cuddle up with not one but two friendly pythons, and get close to a turtle, a frog, and even a crocodile.
Children sit in a semicircle so everyone has the chance to see, touch, and interact with the animals, while lively games and movement activities keep the energy high.
With plenty of opportunities for volunteers to join in, this show is packed with laughter, learning, and adventure. For over 30 years, our wildlife team has been educating and entertaining kids and families with unique shows that bring nature to life.

FACE PAINTING

JUNIOR GOLF CLINICS 2025/2026
Join in at the Leura Golf Club for our Junior Golf Clinics in the Summer School Holidays!
The children will learn golf skills such as how to putt, chip and swing from golf professional Natasha Hemms.
Ages 5 – 16 are welcome to participate and bookings are essential.

Golf Clinics are open are to the public and hotel guests alike.
School holiday activities and Kids Zone facilities are accessible to guests staying overnight at the Resort, with the exception of the children’s Golf Clinic which is open to guests both within and outside of the resort.
