Dietary requirements – All dietary requirements must be provided no later than 72hrs prior to the event. Requests for changes or additions within 72hrs prior the event will be considered at the sole discretion of our executive chef.
Dietaries cannot be catered for if booking if made within 24hrs prior or on the same day as reservation.
We will do everything possible to facilitate requests, but not all changes can be guaranteed, and substitutions may be suggested where items are not available.
Cancellation Policy – In an event that a booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the function, a full cancellation fee will be charged (refunds not applicable). Where a cancellation is done before 7 days of the function, a full refund will be applicable.
