• Limited number of seating available
• Dietary requirements – All dietary requirements must be provided no later than 14 days prior to the event. Requests for changes or additions within 14 days prior the event will be considered at the sole discretion of our executive chef. Please email fbadmin@fairmontresort.com.au 
• Dietaries cannot be catered for if booking is made 48hrs or less prior to event date.
• In the event of a late arrival, any missed course will be forfeited and your dining experience will commence from the course presented at time of arrival.
• All changes and/or cancellation to bookings need to be communicated in writing to fbadmin@fairmontresort.com.au.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In an event that a booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the event, a full cancellation fee will be charged (refunds not applicable). Where a cancellation is done before 7 days of the function, a full refund will be applicable.
