Whether it is a weekend away, date night, or a catch up with friends, head on into Two Doctors Whiskey Tavern, a refined, quirky whiskey bar hidden in the basement of the iconic Fairmont Resort.

Two Doctors Whiskey Tavern is defined by four cosy interior spaces, paying homage to whiskey taverns of yesteryear. Sink into leather chesterfields, plush velvet chairs and explore the bookshelves housing vintage books and curios. On weekends the tavern plays host to local musicians and DJs to bring further energy to the space.

The bar features a large list of the finest local and international whiskies and has a sustainable approach to cocktails, utilizing Australian craft spirits and native ingredients to capture the beauty and ruggedness of the mountain region.

No bookings are necessary. Walk-ins are welcome. For groups larger than 8 please contact our bar team via email.
