• All changes and/or cancellation to bookings need to be communicated in writing.
• Cancellation Policy – If booking is cancelled prior to 12noon Monday 23^rd December, a full refund will be applicable. Cancellations made after 12noon, 23^rd December 2024, full cancellation fees will be charged (refunds not applicable).
• Dietary requirements – All dietary requirements must be provided no later than 7 days prior to the function date. Requests for changes or additions within 7 days prior to the function will be considered at the sole discretion of our executive chef. We will do everything possible to facilitate requests, but not all changes can be guaranteed, and substitutions may be suggested where items are not available.
