The gift voucher is partially redeemable. Within the validity period it can be used to make any number of separate bookings up to the value of the voucher, or above the value - in which case the recipient needs to make up the difference.

Additional values cannot be added to an existing card, however, additional cards can be purchased.

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. Vouchers must be redeemed in full within the validity period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.

All deliveries are subject to approval of online payment. Orders for gift vouchers placed on business days between the hours of 9am - 5pm (Australian EST) are generally processed immediately. Purchases made outside these hours, on weekends or public holidays (except Christmas Day) may take up to 12 hours to process.

York Resort and Hotel does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers. However, vouchers can be reissued upon supply of the voucher receipt number.
