At the Fairmont Resort we take dining very seriously. Our philosophy is simple, to produce a warm, comforting menu using the freshest local produce with a regional twist. Try our freshly baked on the premises bread and pastries for breakfast in Jamison’s restaurant or our NEW weekend High Tea Service in Sublime Lounge & Bar. $39 per person. Coupled with a superb wine list, Eucalypt is the perfect venue for your evening dining, now open Tuesday to Saturday night.
