Warm your heart with simple and elegant flavours such as the 14 hour cooked pork belly with parsnip puree, caramelised Corella pear, Cavolo Nero and parsnip crisps. Or try the fish of the day served over a refreshing and vibrant mix of peas, chorizo and cos hearts to brighten up even the most dreary winter day.
For dessert you will find comforting flavours as you indulge in dishes such as the decadent banana and chocolate pudding complete with honeycomb ice cream and toasted coconut marshmallow. Just divine!
